The goal of the men’s ministry is learning biblical truth and growing in likeness to Christ. Proverbs 27:17 states, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
- Men’s Conference/Retreat – The Men’s Retreat is a biannual event where a speaker addresses some topic that is crucial to our faith. This weekend also provides a great context for fellowship and for inviting unsaved family, friends, coworkers or neighbors. Contact Dave Newton for more information.
- Men’s Breakfasts – Our quarterly breakfasts on Saturday mornings from 7:00-8:30 AM focus on teaching, fellowship and encouragement. Contact Dave Newton for more information.
- Small Groups – We also strongly encourage each man in the church to start or join a small group, where you are regularly encouraging one another in the “fight of faith” (Heb. 3:12-13). The Christian life is a battle that cannot be fought alone. Small groups are a time of encouragement in the Word, study, prayer and friendship. There are several groups currently meeting. Anybody is welcome to join a group or start their own.
