Our Goals
Exalt – Plan, implement, and assess the effectiveness of our Sunday AM and PM services toward ever greater magnification of God’s worth by the exaltation of his name.
Exalt – Research, design, and implement methods and resources that can aid in the development of personal and family worship throughout the week.
Equip – Develop a prioritized “target list” of subjects to be addressed by the curricula in Children’s Sunday School and Church-time ministries, Youth and College Ministries, Adult Bible Fellowships, FLOCKS, and Small Groups.
Equip – Renovate our church membership process to include clearer, holistic instruction on the nature of the local body of Christ toward facilitation of an intentional and regular use of the spiritual gift(s) of every individual member for the benefit of the whole body.
Evangelize – Design and pursue evangelistic opportunities that facilitate a clear and present gospel witness in Warrenville, bridging any bridgeable gap between church and community.
Evangelize – Design a church planting model that produces, as God enables, one new congregation every five years, and be prepared to initiate this model by January 2010.
Infrastructure – As an ongoing effort, identify and give attention to at least top three current needs that could enhance our ministry effectiveness.
