Celebrating a Year in the Czech Republic

January 18, 2019 marked Tyler, Lara, Judah and Asher Patty’s first year in the Czech Republic as a family. We thank God for the many ways He has been working in and through them with Josiah Venture. Here’s a video giving us a peak into their life in Czech (during the winter)!

Prayer Requests

  • Leading the Journey Internship. Please pray as we mentor our five Czech JV interns, especially as we train them in Bible and theology; pray also for preparations for our March missions trip (hopefully to Ukraine).

  • Launching the ForMission College Czech Campus. Preparations to launch the campus in September are ramping up! Please pray especially for student recruitment and a smooth process of getting the program approved by the Czech Ministry of Education (in light of the upcoming Brexit policy changes).  

  • Continuing in local ministry. Please pray as we disciple key leaders in Ostrava, oversee the teaching and preaching in our local church, and show the love of Christ through hospitality.
